  • Discipline and rigor — Creativity without rigor leads to marketing suicide. We measure and test EVERYTHING and we teach our clients to do the same. We use the scientific method to develop assumptions, run experiments, and continually improve results.
  • Frantic Learning — We are a knowledge company and we want people on our team that have a deep sense of their ignorance and a frantic drive to learn continually. Whether you have a PhD or an associate degree, we expect you to stay ahead of the learning curve in all the critical areas of business.
  • "Eating our own dog food" — We are not a traditional marketing agency. The strategies and tactics we use on our clients, we use on ourselves. If we wouldn’t use a strategy or tactic on our own business, we will not use it on someone else’s.
  • Customer focus — Whether you are in the back office or in sales, you will not stay at Catalyst if you are technically competent but socially inept. Every Catalyst staff member must be able to work well on a team, interact with customers professionally, and follow up and follow through on commitments and deadlines. We are all in the business of serving our clients and we will only keep people on the team that do this well.
